Dear Residents,
2020 has been an unusual and challenging year for everyone involved. As we look forward to 2021, there is much for which to be grateful about and look forward to. During the pandemic Kinnelon was able to continue to provide public services throughout the year. The Borough Council and other boards in town began fully interactive online meetings, the Library added curb-side service, and first responders took new precautions to preserve the public’s health and safety. Everyone pulled together, even when short staffed we provided the public services that you expect and rely on every day. Kinnelon’s future is looking better than ever. Here are some of the activities to look forward to in 2021…- K-Fest our town festival in October- K-Fresh which is a Farmers Market that is coming to Kinnelon- Brand New Turf Field, lighting and stands at KHS- We will start planning Kinnelon’s 100th Anniversary year long celebration- Lots of new families moving in and lots of new children Kinnelon will continue to be an amazing fun place to raise a family and will always have a top-rated school system. I would like to personally thank all of our residents and employees that were willing to sacrifice their own safety and well-being in this crisis. I am eternally grateful. I wish for your continued safety and health as we forge ahead to get us to the other side of this pandemic. Your contributions are appreciated and we thank you in our prayers, hearts, and minds each and every day. Stay strong Kinnelon and THANK YOU!
